2. Submit your concern to Student Support Services Staff in writing.
3. Student Support Services will contact the appropriate and relevant Campus Administrator or Department with the details about your concern.
4. You will be kept informed during the follow-up process.
5. Campus Administration or Department will conclude their follow-up process and inform Student Support Services Staff of their findings.
6. Either Campus Administration or Student Support Services Staff will make contact to inform you of the findings and work through the concern.
